Based on all the information we have listened to and read over the last few weeks we have learned that its not only about the training. In fact, its not only about the nutrition and training. Its about Nutrition, Training, Recovery and Sleep. Its about athlete awareness and asking the right questions. It’s about mindset, the way players and ourselves think and approach all of these things as well as every day life. We have learned that all of these need to be done simultaneously well in order to set up the athletes for their best performance and health.
